Regular Members ($100) Prorated to $65 for 2026

Licensed Nurses (Registered Nurse, Registered Psych Nurse, Registered Practical Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Nurse Practitioner) currently practicing in an occupational health role in Canada. Proof of active registration with nursing body of your province/territory is required. 

Student Affiliates ($25) Prorated to $15 for 2026

Nursing Program Students. Proof of upcoming or active enrollment in nursing program is required. 

Licensed Nurses enrolled as a student in a program of study related to occupational and environmental health. Proof of upcoming or active enrollment in occupational health nursing program or occupational and environmental health program required. Proof of active registration with nursing body of your province/territory required.

Retiree Affiliates ($25) Prorated to $15 for 2026

Retired licensed nurses from the occupational or environmental health profession.

Professional Affiliates ($75) Prorated to $50 for 2026

Other individuals not eligible for other membership status, and who are engaged in the field of occupational and environmental health or are interested in the purposes of COHNA-ACIIST.

PAYMENT

Payment will be requested by credit card upon completion of the registration form. If you would prefer to pay by e-transfer (which saves COHNA-ACIIST fees), please send funds to info@cohna-aciist and send an email to the same to advise of the payment. An invoice will be created and then marked as paid, which will activate the membership.
